I have always needed to know how things work. Not that they work, but how, and then why, and then what's underneath that. It's less a hobby than a compulsion, and this thread is where I follow it.

Expect physics and biology and code sitting next to questions about perception and memory. The common thread is the itch: a refusal to leave a black box closed.
